If money was deducted but you haven't received your Quicket tickets, don't make another payment immediately.
First check whether your booking was successfully created.
1. Check your email

Search for an email from Quicket.

Check:

  • Inbox
  • Spam
  • Junk
  • Promotions
Make sure you're checking the email address you used during checkout.
2. Check My Tickets

Log in to Quicket and go to:

My Tickets

If the booking was successful, your tickets may already be available there even if you can't find the email.

3. Check the transaction

Confirm whether the payment is:

  • Successful
  • Pending
  • Reversed
  • Declined
A pending amount on your bank account doesn't always mean the payment was successfully completed.
4. Don't pay again yet

If the transaction shows as successful, avoid immediately creating another booking.

Wait until you've confirmed what happened to the original payment.
5. Contact Quicket Support

If the payment was successful but there are still no tickets in your account or email, contact Quicket Support.

Provide:

  • Event name
  • Email address used for the booking
  • Date of payment
  • Amount
  • Payment method
  • Payment reference, where available
  • Proof of payment, if requested
This information will help the support team locate the transaction.
The event is selling out

Even if tickets are limited, don't make repeated payments for the same booking if your bank shows that the first transaction succeeded.

Contact Quicket Support so the original transaction can be checked.
