Find my proof of payment

Find my proof of payment

Find my proof of payment
If you've paid for your Quicket tickets using Instant EFT and need to provide proof of payment, you can usually download it directly from your bank's online banking platform or mobile app.

Proof of payment helps Quicket's Support team investigate transactions that haven't been confirmed or payments that require additional verification.

When do I need to provide proof of payment?

You may be asked to provide proof of payment if:

  • You've completed an Instant EFT payment but haven't received your tickets.
  • Your payment hasn't been confirmed.
  • Quicket Support needs to investigate a payment.
  • You've been specifically asked to submit proof of payment for your booking.
Important: You don't normally need to send proof of payment after purchasing tickets. Only provide it when requested by Quicket Support.
