My card payment failed

My card payment failed
A card payment can fail for several reasons.
If your payment isn't successful, your tickets won't be confirmed until a successful payment is completed.
Check the error message

The message shown during payment may help explain why the transaction failed.

Common reasons can include:

  • Incorrect card details
  • Insufficient funds
  • Your bank declining the transaction
  • Online transactions being disabled
  • 3D Secure verification failing
  • Your bank's transaction limits
  • A temporary connection or payment-processing problem
Check your card details

Make sure you've entered the correct:

  • Card number
  • Expiry date
  • Security code
  • Other information requested during payment
Then try the payment again.
Complete 3D Secure

Your bank may require you to approve the transaction using 3D Secure.

If you don't complete the verification successfully, the payment may fail.
Contact your bank

If your card continues to be declined, contact your bank or card provider.

They can check whether:

  • The transaction was declined
  • Online payments are enabled
  • A security restriction blocked the transaction
  • Your card has sufficient funds or available credit
Try another payment method
If another payment method is available during checkout, you can use that instead.
Was money deducted?

If your bank shows that the transaction was successful but you didn't receive tickets, don't immediately pay again.

Check your booking first.
