What do I need to show at the entrance?
You'll normally need to show your valid Quicket ticket when arriving at the event.
Event staff will scan the barcode or QR code to validate your ticket.
You can show your ticket using
Depending on your booking, you can use:
- Your ticket on your phone
- A ticket saved to your digital Wallet
- A downloaded ticket
- A printed ticket
The important part is that the barcode is clearly visible and can be scanned.
Prepare your ticket before reaching the entrance
To help keep the queue moving:

Open your ticket before reaching the scanner.

Increase your screen brightness.

Make sure the full barcode is visible.

Have each ticket ready if you're entering as a group.
Do I need identification?
Some events may have additional entry requirements.
For example, the organiser may require identification for:
- Age-restricted events
- Personalised tickets
- Concession tickets
- Other event-specific requirements
Check the event page, your ticket and any communication from the organiser before attending.
My ticket won't scan
Event staff may need to check your ticket manually.
Don't purchase another ticket unless instructed to do so.
