Can I use my ticket on my phone?
Yes. You can normally show your Quicket ticket directly from your phone instead of printing it.
Before you arrive
Save or download your ticket to your phone before travelling to the event.
You can:
- Open the ticket from your Quicket account
- Download the ticket
- Save it to a supported digital Wallet
This makes it easier to access your ticket if mobile signal is poor at the venue.
At the entrance

Display the barcode or QR code.

Increase your screen brightness.

Hold your phone steady while event staff scan it.
Avoid screenshots where possible
Use the original ticket or Wallet pass where possible so you're always displaying the current valid ticket.
This is particularly important if you've transferred or updated your ticket.
Keep your ticket private
Don't post photos or screenshots of your ticket barcode publicly.
Someone who obtains a usable copy of your barcode could potentially try to use it.
Ticket hasn't been released yet?
If the event uses Ticket Delivery Delay, the barcode won't appear until the organiser's release time.
Your booking remains confirmed while you wait.
