Add your Quicket ticket to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet for quick and convenient access at the event.

Add your ticket to Google Wallet

Open your Quicket booking or ticket.

Select Add to Google Wallet.

Follow the prompts on your device.

Save the pass to Google Wallet.

Your ticket will then be available from the Google Wallet app on your device.

Add your ticket to Apple Wallet

Open your Quicket booking or ticket on your Apple device.

Select Add to Apple Wallet.

Follow the prompts on your device.

Save the pass to Apple Wallet.

Your ticket will then be available from the Wallet app on your device.

My ticket hasn't been released yet

If your event uses Ticket Delivery Delay, you can still add your ticket to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet before the scannable ticket is released.

The Wallet pass will show your event details immediately.

Once the organiser's ticket release time is reached, the barcode will automatically appear on your Wallet pass.

You don't need to remove and re-add the pass.

At the event

Open Google Wallet or Apple Wallet.

Select your Quicket ticket.

Display the barcode to the scanning staff.

If you're using several tickets, make sure you have each ticket ready for scanning.

Do I need internet access?

Adding your ticket to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet before arriving makes it easier to access your ticket at venues with limited connectivity.

We recommend adding your ticket to your Wallet before travelling to the event.

Can't see the option to add your ticket?

Make sure you're opening your booking on a compatible device.

The Wallet option available will depend on your device:

Android

Google Wallet

Apple devices

Apple Wallet

If your event uses Ticket Delivery Delay, you can still add the Wallet pass before the barcode is released.
