Use your Check-In Report or the Quicket Access Control app to monitor how many guests have arrived at your event.

If your scanning devices are online, check-in information updates as guests are scanned. Offline check-ins appear once the scanning device reconnects and synchronises.

The Flow of Check-ins chart shows check-ins by hour.

Use this to understand your busiest arrival periods and improve staffing and gate planning for future events.
Why aren't some check-ins showing yet?

If a scanning device is offline, its recent check-ins may not appear immediately in your report.

Once the device reconnects and synchronises with Quicket, those check-ins will appear in your attendance information.
