View attendance and check-ins
Use your Check-In Report to see how many ticket holders have arrived at your event.

When scanning devices are connected to the internet, attendance information updates as tickets are checked in. Offline check-ins appear after the scanning device reconnects and synchronises.

Open your Check-In Report
1
Open your Event Dashboard.
2
Go to Reports → Check-In Report.
View your attendance

The report includes key metrics showing:

Total tickets booked
The total number of tickets booked or issued for your event.
Total tickets checked in
The number of ticket holders who have already been checked into the event.
Percentage checked in
The percentage of booked ticket holders who have arrived.
Use these figures to quickly see how much of your expected audience has arrived.
View attendance by ticket type

The report breaks check-ins down by ticket type.

For each ticket type, you can compare:

  • Tickets booked
  • Tickets checked in
  • Attendance percentage
View attendance by ticket category

If you've assigned Ticket Categories, you can also use the Check-In Report to compare attendance by category.

This can be useful for categories such as:

  • Attendees
  • VIP
  • Staff
  • Parking
  • Camping
Why are some check-ins missing?

If a scanning device is offline, its recent check-ins may not appear in the report immediately.

Once the device reconnects and synchronises, those check-ins will appear in your attendance information.
