Understand your Sales Report
Your Sales Report gives you more than a total number of tickets sold. Use it to understand which tickets are performing best, when sales happen and which channels are helping generate bookings.
Ticket Sales
This section shows performance by ticket type, including:
- Online orders
- Door sales recorded through Quicket
- Complimentary tickets
- Revenue generated
- Discounts applied
Use this section when you want a quick breakdown of how each ticket type is performing.
Revenue by Ticket Type
This chart compares the revenue generated by each ticket type.
A higher bar means the ticket type has generated more revenue — it doesn't necessarily mean more of those tickets were sold.
Flow of Visitors
This chart compares visits to your event page with ticket sales over time.
It can help you see whether marketing activity on a particular day was followed by an increase in page traffic or sales.
Referring Sites
This section shows where visitors came from before arriving on your event page.
Traffic is displayed using a source / medium format.
Example
facebook / referral
If you see (direct) / (none), the visitor may have entered the event URL directly or Quicket may not have been able to identify the referring website.
Conversions
A conversion is recorded when someone reaches the successful-purchase page.
Use conversions to compare how effectively different traffic sources are leading to completed bookings.
Additional information
Depending on the data available, your report can also show information such as:
- Tickets issued to visitors from social networks
- Tickets issued to visitors using mobile devices
A note about analytics data
Parts of the report use data from Google Analytics. Quicket notes that it can't verify the accuracy of data supplied by Google Analytics.
