How to generate a report for your seating charts

Feeling stressed about seating arrangements for your event? Quicket's seating chart report is a handy tool that shows you exactly which seats are taken and by whom. This article will walk you through how to generate a seating chart report for your event.

Generating the report

To start, Login to your Quicket account. Once you're in, browse to Organiser Hub > My Event. Then find the event you want to create a seating chart report for. Once you are on your event's dashboard, click the Export button.

Note: A CSV file will download to your computer.



Understanding the report

When you open this file, you'll see a spreadsheet packed with all the details you need to manage your seating.

Note: In the example below, we’ve highlighted where you’ll find the seat number details.


The CSV file will also provide a full breakdown of your event's ticket sales, including the following fields:

  • Order Number
  • Payment Reference
  • Ticket Number
  • Ticket Barcode
  • Purchase Date
  • Purchase Email
  • Ticket Type
  • Seat Number
  • Team Name
  • Team Member Type
  • Sequential Number
  • Price Paid
  • Payment Method
  • Discount Code
