How to generate a report for your Quicket POS app door sales
As an event organiser, tracking your door sales is crucial for understanding your event's financial performance. With Quicket, you can easily view your door sales in real time and pull reports on sales made at the door. This allows you to stay on top of transactions and manage your event efficiently.

How to view your POS sales in real time
You can easily track your Quicket POS sales in real time, so you never have to worry about losing sight of your financial performance. Here are the ways to monitor your sales from your:
1. Organiser dashboard
Login to your Quicket account and browse to Organiser Hub → Dashboard. A summary of tickets sales across all your events will display.
2. Event Dashboard
To view the details for a specific event, click My events and select your Quicket POS event. The Overview Report will display, which reflects the event income, ticket sold, and page visits.
Download the report
To start, Login to your Quicket account on the website and browse to Organiser Hub → My Events. Select the relevant Quicket POS app-enabled event from the list. Once in the event Dashboard, navigate to Reports → Export Event Data.
Uncheck all toggle options except On The Day Cash Up Report. Then select the date and time range for your report. Choose this timeframe carefully to ensure you get accurate results for your event.
Once you've confirmed your selections, click Download Data. Your report will be generated and downloaded as an Excel file. You can then analyze your door sales data for financial tracking and auditing.
