Complete the payment through your bank.

Return to Quicket and wait for your booking to be confirmed.
Don't make a separate bank transfer

Follow the Instant EFT process presented during checkout.

Don't leave the checkout process and make a manual payment directly into a bank account unless Quicket specifically instructs you to do so.
When will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets are issued once Quicket receives confirmation that your payment was successful.

You'll receive your booking confirmation and tickets at the email address used for the booking.

My payment hasn't been confirmed

If you've completed the payment but your booking is still awaiting confirmation, don't immediately make another payment.

Check your banking activity first, then allow time for the payment confirmation to reach Quicket.
