Download or print my tickets
You can download your Quicket tickets once they're available.
You don't normally need to print them — you can show a valid ticket on your phone at the entrance.
Download your tickets
1
Log in to Quicket.
2
Go to My Tickets.
3
Find your event.
4
Open your booking.
5
Select Download Tickets.
6
Save the ticket file to your device.
The Download Tickets button is greyed out

Your event may use Ticket Delivery Delay.

If it does, the Download Tickets button remains unavailable until the ticket release date and time shown on your booking.

Once that time arrives, your tickets are automatically released.
Print your tickets

If you'd prefer a physical copy:

1
Download your tickets.
2
Open the ticket file.
3
Select Print.
4
Make sure the barcode or QR code is clearly visible.
Avoid folding, cutting or marking the barcode.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No. In most cases, you can display your ticket on your phone and have the barcode scanned directly from your screen.
Prepare before arriving

If you're using your phone:

  • Download or save the ticket before leaving home
  • Make sure you can open it quickly
  • Increase your screen brightness if needed
  • Make sure your phone has enough battery
This is especially useful at venues with limited mobile signal.
