Connect Mailchimp
Connect your Quicket event to Mailchimp to automatically add confirmed guests to a Mailchimp audience.
This removes the need to repeatedly download your Guest List and manually import new attendees. Once connected, new confirmed guests with new email addresses are automatically added to the linked Mailchimp audience.
Connect your Mailchimp account

Go to Organiser Hub → My Events.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Mailchimp.

Select Connect My Mailchimp Account.

Choose Connect To Existing Mailchimp or create a new Mailchimp account.

Find the Mailchimp audience you want to use.
If your Mailchimp audience uses groups, you'll also be asked which groups you want to link.
What happens after connecting?
Guests who are already confirmed on your Guest List are added to the linked Mailchimp audience.
New confirmed guests are then added automatically as they book.
Collect marketing consent
If you want to contact guests for future marketing, make sure you've collected the appropriate consent.
