Quicket payment facilities
When you use Quicket’s payment facilities, Quicket processes the guest’s payment and holds the event proceeds until your event payout is processed.
For standard event payouts, Quicket aims to pay the applicable balance within 3 working days after the event ends.
Using another provider
For some currencies or organiser requirements, you may be able to connect your own supported payment processor.
- The provider processes the guest payment
- Funds settle according to the provider’s terms
- The provider may charge its own transaction fees
- Quicket may invoice you separately for its applicable fees
Currency matters
If you’re selling tickets in a currency other than South African Rand, you may need to use your own payment processor.
Test before going live
Before promoting your event, complete a test booking so you can confirm:
- The intended payment methods appear
- Checkout works correctly
- Your ticket prices and fees display as expected
What’s next?
Continue setting up your payment provider and understand the fees that apply to your event.
