Find the event you booked.
From here, you can access the options available for your booking.
Use the correct Quicket account
Log in using the same email address you used when making the booking.
If you can't remember your password, select Forgot your password from the Login page.
My booking appears, but there are no tickets
Check whether the organiser has enabled Ticket Delivery Delay.
If they have, your booking page will show when the scannable tickets will be released.
Your booking is still confirmed while you wait.
Can I manage my booking before my tickets are released?
Yes.
Even if Ticket Delivery Delay applies, you can still manage your booking.
Depending on the event, available options may include:
- Edit ticket details
- Transfer tickets
- Request a refund
- Add tickets to your digital Wallet
