Understand fees, refunds and payouts
Your final event revenue isn't always the same as the amount paid into your bank account.

Your payout takes your event sales and applies the relevant fees, refunds and other charges before calculating your final balance.

Start with your event sales

Your Event Summary shows how many of each ticket type were sold and the revenue generated by those tickets.

Quicket fees

Applicable Quicket charges can include:

  • Commission
  • Booking fees you've chosen to absorb
  • Other applicable service charges
These appear in your Event Summary so you can see how they affected your final payout.
Additional event charges

If you've used additional Quicket services, related charges may also appear.

Examples include:
  • Equipment hire
  • Printed tickets
Refunds

Refunded ticket sales can reduce the amount ultimately available for payout.

Use your Orders and financial reports together when reconciling refunded tickets so you can understand the difference between gross sales and your final event position.

Your payout

Where Quicket processes your event payments, your event funds are paid to your selected bank account after Quicket deducts applicable commission and accumulated fees.

Quicket states that these payouts are generally processed within 3 working days after the event ends.
