Download your tax invoice
If you need a tax invoice for your Quicket event, you can access it from your Event Dashboard.

The tax invoice relates to Quicket’s charges and is for tax/VAT purposes.

It isn’t an invoice that you need to manually pay when Quicket has already deducted its fees from your payout.
Add your VAT number first

If you’re VAT registered:

1
Open your Event Dashboard.
2
Go to Manage Event → Organiser Profile.
3
Enter your VAT registration number.
4
Select Save Organiser Profile.
Download the tax invoice
1
Open your Event Dashboard.
2
Go to Reports.
3
Select View Tax Invoice.
What appears on the invoice?

The invoice can include:

  • Your organiser/company details
  • VAT number
  • Quicket commission
  • VAT charged on Quicket commission
  • VAT on eligible additional charges, such as equipment hire
Do I need to pay this invoice?

If Quicket collected your event funds, no.

The relevant fees are automatically deducted from your event payout. The tax invoice is provided for accounting and VAT purposes.

If you collected ticket funds through your own payment gateway, Quicket may instead invoice you separately for the fees you owe.
When will I receive it?
The Event Summary and Tax Invoice are also emailed when the event payout is processed.
What’s next?
Make sure your invoice details are correct and review the financial breakdown of your event.
