Organise tickets into groups
Ticket Groups let you organise related ticket types into sections on your event page.

This is especially useful when your event has lots of ticket options.

Day Tickets
  • Adult
  • Child
  • Pensioner
Weekend Passes
  • General
  • VIP
Accommodation
  • Camping
  • Glamping
Before you start

Create your ticket types first.

1
Open your Event Dashboard.
2
Go to Manage Checkout → Ticket Groups.
3
Turn Use Ticket Groups on.
4
Select Add Ticket Group.
Set up your group

Add the information guests need to understand the group.

Ticket group name
Add a clear heading that describes the group, such as Day Tickets, Weekend Passes or Accommodation.
Description
Add a short explanation that appears below the group name and helps guests understand which tickets are included.
Picture
Optionally add an image that represents the ticket group.
Expanded by default
Choose whether the ticket types in the group are already visible when the page loads, or whether guests need to expand the group to see them.
Link ticket types to the group

Choose the ticket types that belong in the group.

A ticket type can only belong to one Ticket Group.

If a group has no ticket types linked to it, it won’t appear on your event page.

Edit or remove a group

From Ticket Groups, open the three-dot Actions menu.

Edit – update the group settings.
Delete – remove the Ticket Group.
Ticket Groups vs Ticket Categories

These two features serve different purposes.

Ticket Groups
Organise what guests see on the event page.
Ticket Categories
Organise tickets behind the scenes for reporting and event operations.
