Create discounts and promotions
Use promotional codes to reward selected guests, run special offers or give people access to hidden ticket types.
Quicket supports standard discount codes, access codes, bulk discounts and multiple unique codes.
Create a promotional code
1
Open your Event Dashboard.
2
Go to Marketing → Promotional Codes.
4
Enter the code guests will use.
5
Choose the discount you want to offer.
6
Select which ticket types the code applies to.
7
Set the number of uses, if required.
Choose a code that's easy for guests to enter but difficult for someone to guess accidentally.

Create an access code
Access codes can reveal ticket types that are hidden from the general public.
When creating your promotional code, switch Is it an access code? to Yes.
Then hide the relevant ticket type under:
Manage Checkout → Ticket Types
Guests who enter the access code can then see and purchase the hidden ticket.
Combine access and discounts
A code can both:
- Reveal a hidden ticket, and
- Apply a discount
This is useful for sponsors, members, staff, VIPs or other selected groups.
Create a bulk discount
Bulk discounts automatically apply when someone buys a minimum number of eligible tickets.
Go to:
Marketing → Promotional Codes → Add New Code
Then switch Bulk Discount to Yes.
Set:
- Minimum ticket quantity
- Discount percentage
- Eligible ticket types
The guest doesn't need to enter the code—the discount applies when the required ticket quantity is reached.
Create multiple unique codes
If each guest needs their own code, Quicket can generate multiple random codes with the same settings.
You can also import your own codes using a CSV file.
