Whether you can get a refund depends on the event, the organiser's refund settings and the reason for your request.

If refunds are enabled for your booking, you can submit your request from there.
The refund option isn't available
Event organisers set their own refund policies and decide whether ticket buyers can request refunds.
If you can't see a refund option, you may need to contact the event organiser.
I can no longer attend
Being unable to attend doesn't automatically mean your ticket is refundable.
If refunds aren't available, check whether the event allows you to:
- Transfer your ticket to someone else
- Resell your ticket privately
- List your ticket for public resale
The options available depend on the organiser's event settings.
The event was cancelled or postponed
Different refund arrangements may apply when an organiser cancels or postpones an event.
Check the communication you've received from Quicket and the event organiser for instructions.
