When will I get paid?
Quicket generally processes your event payout within 3 working days after your event ends.
Before Quicket can pay you

Make sure:

  • Your event has ended
  • Your banking details have been added
  • The correct bank account is selected
  • Quicket has received the relevant ticket payments
  • There are no outstanding issues affecting the payout
How much will I receive?

Your payout is based on your event proceeds after applicable deductions.

These may include:

  • Quicket commission
  • Payment processing fees
  • Absorbed booking fees
  • Equipment or Field Services charges
  • Printed tickets
  • SMS costs
  • Other applicable event charges
How will I know the payout has been processed?

When Quicket processes your payout, your Event Summary is also emailed to you.

The summary shows your sales, applicable fees and the amount paid out.
What if I haven't received my payout?

If more than 3 working days have passed since your event ended, first check that:

  • Your banking details have been added
  • The correct bank account is selected
  • The banking details are correct
If everything is correct and you still haven't received your payout, contact Quicket Support.
