View your door sales
Quicket POS keeps your onsite ticket sales together with your event information so you can monitor door sales during and after the event.
View transactions in Quicket POS
Open the Orders screen in the Quicket POS app.
Use it to view transactions and find orders using information such as:
- Buyer details
- Order number
You can also use the Orders screen to reprint tickets and process applicable refunds.
View sales from your Event Dashboard
Quicket POS sales data is also available through your Quicket event reporting, allowing you to keep track of online and onsite sales from your dashboard.
Keep payment methods accurate
When using external payment methods or cash, make sure transactions are recorded using the correct payment method.
