Troubleshoot Quicket POS
Most Quicket POS problems can be resolved by checking your device connections and restarting the affected equipment.
Yoco payment isn't going through

Try inserting the guest's card instead of tapping it.

If that doesn't work:

1
Open Settings in Quicket POS.
2
Unpair the Yoco device.
3
Pair it again.
4
Retry the transaction.
Payment completed but Quicket POS is stuck
If the card machine shows a successful payment but Quicket POS hasn't updated, don't process another payment.

Contact Quicket Support or your onsite Field Services team and provide:

  • Order ID
  • Transaction amount
Quicket POS freezes
1
Restart the tablet.
2
Open the tablet settings.
3
Clear the Quicket POS app cache.
4
Open Quicket POS again.
5
Log back in.
6
Check that the card machine and printer are still paired.
Devices won't connect

Switch off:

  • Router
  • Tablet
  • Card machine
  • Printer

Restart the router first and wait until it's fully connected.

Then turn on the other devices and check their connections from Settings in Quicket POS.

Don't swap paired devices

Avoid moving card machines between different tablet setups during your event.

Keep each tablet paired with its assigned card machine to reduce connection problems.
Tickets aren't printing

Check that the printer is connected in Settings.

If necessary:

1
Reconnect the printer.
2
Print a test ticket.
3
Open the order.
4
Reprint the tickets from the Orders list.
