Transfer guests to another time slot
If you run an event with multiple time slots, you can transfer attendees from one session to another.
This is useful if a session needs to be rescheduled, combined or moved.
Transfer attendees

Open your Event Dashboard.

Go to Guest Management → Transfer Time Slots.

Select the time slot you're moving attendees from.

Select the time slot you're moving attendees to.

Enter the reason for the change.

Read and accept the disclaimer.
Quicket will email affected attendees and include the reason you entered for the schedule change.
You must transfer the entire time slot
You can't use this feature to move individual guests.
All attendees in the selected time slot will be transferred to the new session.
Check capacity and pricing first
Quicket doesn't automatically manage pricing or capacity differences between the two sessions.
You're responsible for checking that the new session can accommodate the transferred guests and managing any price differences.
Seated events
For events using reserved seating, attendees can only be transferred to a time slot that currently has no tickets booked.
