Stop ticket sales
Use End Ticket Sales when you want to stop selling tickets without marking the event as Sold Out.
This is useful when you're deliberately closing sales rather than running out of tickets.
Stop all ticket sales

Open your Event Dashboard.

Go to Manage Checkout → Ticket Types.

Choose End Ticket Sales.
Quicket changes the ticket-sales end time to the current time.
Guests will no longer be able to select tickets.
End Sales or Sold Out?
Choose the option that best reflects why ticket sales are ending.
End Ticket Sales
Choose this when you're intentionally closing ticket sales even though tickets may still be available.
Mark as Sold Out
Choose this when you want guests to know that no more tickets are available because the event has sold out.
Both options stop guests from purchasing tickets and apply to all ticket types.
Reopen sales
You can reopen ticket sales later.
Return to your ticket settings and change the sales end date and time to a future date.
