How do I buy tickets in STEP?
The Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP) works as a queue that matches the tickets from sellers who no longer need them to buyers who weren't able to secure tickets before they sold out. Please note that STEP is not available for every event on our website.
To sign up to STEP, you'll need to create a Quicket account or login to your Quicket account if you already have one.
Once logged in, head to the event page on Quicket where in the event description you should see a link to join the Secure Ticket Exchange Program. Be sure to read all of the information listed on the STEP intro page then click 'I want to BUY tickets'.You'll then be taken to a page where you can select the amount of tickets you'd like to buy if tickets become available to you.
Click 'Join' then 'OK' on the following popup, and you'll go to a page where you can see your place in the queue as well a button you can click if you decide you no longer need tickets and want to leave the queue.
If at any point you decide you no longer need tickets, please follow the same steps above to come back to this page and cancel your place in the queue. This will give those behind you a higher chance of getting their own tickets for the event.
If a ticket becomes available for you to buy, we'll notify you via email and include a link you can follow to purchase your tickets. If you have any trouble getting emails from Quicket or following the link in our email, you can also come back to the page where you signed up for STEP to purchase the tickets offered to you. Depending on the event and how close it is to the event date, you'll have 24-48 hours to make your purchase.
If you do not see any emails from Quicket in your inbox, please try checking your Promotions folder or using the search bar in your email account to search for emails from Quicket.
Click here for help checking your place in the STEP queue.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be offered a ticket to buy through STEP.
