Your Orders List

Using your Orders

Use your Orders to see all of the paid and unpaid bookings and take action, such a resending or cancelling tickets, to help your ticket buyers and manage your guest list.

Start by logging into your Quicket account, and go to Organiser Hub -> My Events then click on the name of your event. Once in your dashboard select Guest Management then Orders.

In your orders management dashboard, you'll see a list of all the paid and unpaid orders that have been processed or attempted.

Date: Use this calendar option  to see orders from any time, the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days. Select the date range from the calendar and click Apply

Payment status: Choose to see any, paid, unpaid, reserved, complimentary, transferred, or cancelled orders.

Specific orders: If you know the reference number or email address of a specific order you're looking for, save time by using this search bar to find it.

Order details

To see the details of a paid order, click the arrow icon. Paid orders include successful card payments, free tickets, and complimentary tickets.

You'll see under the order number the payment method that was used if payment was required. For card payments, you'll see the platform that was used to collect payment (e.g. Quicket, PayU, etc.).

Resend tickets

You have the option to resend a guest's tickets via email. If you send the tickets to a different email address other than the one it was booked under, just make sure it is the person who purchased the tickets that has requested this. If you need help verifying if a guest is the owner of the tickets, send us an email to organisers@quicket.co.za  or phone us on +27 21 424 9308.

Note that all tickets in the order will be resent.

To proceed, confirm the ticket holder's email address and click Resend Tickets

Edit attendee info

If a guest needs to change their ticket details and for some reason can't access their Quicket account, you can edit their ticket details for them. Select Edit attendee info from the drop-down menu. Make the necessary changes and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page, and then you can resend the tickets.

If you need help verifying if a guest is the owner of the tickets before changing their ticket details, send us an email to organisers@quicket.co.za  or phone us on +27 21 424 9308.

Select Print tickets if you need to download your guest's ticket. This will download the tickets to your device or laptop in PDF format for you to print or email to your guests.

Change ticket types

Use this to change the ticket types in a purchase. This does not take price differences into account, so if the ticket buyer owes money for an upgrade, you will need to work out payment with the ticket buyer directly.

Note that if there are multiple tickets in an order, each ticket in the order must be changed. You will not be able to change only one ticket in an order.

Cancel tickets

If a guest needs to cancel their tickets and are unable to do so from their Quicket account, you can cancel them from your Orders List. Note that if the tickets were paid for, you will not be able to cancel them without issuing a refund.

If it is a paid ticket you are cancelling, you'll need to select who will pay the 10% refund fee - you (the organiser) or the ticket buyer. Click here to see our refund policy in our terms and conditions

Tickets that were purchased by card will be refunded back to the same account from which they were debited. Ticket buyers who paid by EFT or cash deposit will need to provide banking details for their refund.

Click Proceed and you'll see the details of the refund, then click Confirm cancellation to action the refund and cancel the selected tickets.

Once cancelled, these tickets will no longer appear in your guest list.

Unpaid orders

To see the details of an unpaid order, click the arrow icon. Unpaid orders includes failed card payments. You'll see the payment method listed below the order number, and the ticket status will reflect as 'Not paid'.

You will not be able to take any action on unpaid orders, as these tickets are invalid.
