When will my ticket sell in STEP?

When will my ticket be sold in STEP?

How STEP works is that when a buyer gets to the top of the 'buy' queue, they are offered the ticket at the top of the 'sell' queue. We allow the buyer 24-48 hours to buy the ticket, depending on how close it is to the event start date. If they do not buy the ticket during that 24-48 hour period, the ticket is offered to the next person, and so on.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your ticket will be sold in STEP.

While tickets can be sold on STEP at any time, you will only be notified via email when your ticket is cancelled and refunded. You can, however, check the status of your ticket at any time by logging into your Quicket account and heading back to the STEP 'sell' page where you entered your tickets into the queue. You can find a link back to that page in the email we sent you confirming your tickets were added to STEP or by going to the event page on Quicket, clicking on the STEP link in the event description, and then click 'I want to SELL tickets.' Just make sure you're logged into your Quicket account.

If you purchased more than one ticket in the same order and entered both tickets into the STEP queue to sell, you will only be refunded once both tickets have sold.

If your ticket status is 'In queue' or 'Offered out', you can also request to remove the ticket from the queue if you've found a private buyer outside of STEP or if you'd like to keep your ticket. Please note that if your ticket is marked 'Sold' you will not be able to remove the ticket and should expect a refund. If your ticket is marked 'Offered out,' your ticket will only be released back to you if the person it has been offered to chooses not to buy the ticket.
