            The bank account I bought my ticket with is closed -- how will I be refunded?

            If you paid by credit, cheque or debit card and only the card you paid with was cancelled or has expired, don't worry! As long as the bank account your card was linked to is still active, your refund will still be successful.

            If, however, the bank account that your card was linked to has been closed, then we'll need to issue an EFT refund for you. Please get in touch with our Support team on support@quicket.co.za so we can change the payment method for your refund before it's actioned automatically by our system.

            Note that STEP refunds are actioned once per week on Friday afternoons (SAST).
