If you have a guest who lost their original ticket email or can't get into their Quicket account to download their ticket, you can resend it to their email right from your event dashboard. Start off by logging into your Quicket account and going to My Events then Manage Events. Click on your event name and from the dashboard menu, go to Guest Management then Guest List.
You can search for the guest in your guest list by name or email address. Once found, click Details under Actions.
Next, simply click Resend tickets and the tickets will be resent to the email address the booking was made under.
For security reasons, we would strongly advise against sending tickets to an email address other than the one the guest made the booking under, however if you must send the tickets to a different email address you can do this from your Orders List.
First, you'll need to check that the person requesting the tickets to be sent to a different email address is the same person who ordered the tickets. They can verify this by emailing you the request from the email address they made the booking under.
To get to your Orders List to resend the tickets from there, click View Order in your guest list.
From the dropdown menu on the following page, choose Resend tickets.
Enter the email address your guest has requested the tickets be sent to, and click Resend tickets. They should receive the ticket email within just a couple of minutes. If they don't see it in their inbox, however, they should try checking another folder in their email account such as Promotions or use the search bar in their email account to search for emails from Quicket.
