My ticket was transferred to the wrong email address
If you were supposed to receive a transferred ticket or if you transferred a ticket from your Quicket account to the wrong email address, we will do our best to get the ticket to right Quicket account. Please note that we will only be able to help if there was a typo in the email address the ticket was transferred to. We will not be able to help if you transferred a ticket to someone and have decided that you want the ticket back or that you want to give the ticket to someone else. If either of these situations applies, you must sort this out directly with the person the ticket was transferred to. In order for us to send the ticket to the correct recipient, we'll need the following: 1. An email email@example.com from the email address of the original ticket owner (i.e. the email address of the Quicket account that the ticket was transferred out of) stating there was a typo in the email address the ticket was transferred to. 2. The correct email address the ticket should go to.
Because we take account and ticket security seriously, we will not be able to transfer tickets or edit ticket details via phone requests. All requests must be sent by email from the original ticket owner.
