My ID or passport number is not accepted at checkout
If you haven't created a Burner Bio or updated your Burner Bio since the 2016 Burn, you won't be able to purchase AfrikaBurn tickets until you create a Bio or login to your account to update your bio on theAfrikaBurn website here.
Once on theAfrikaBurn site, if you need to create a Bio, scroll down and click 'I NEED A BIO.' Be sure to select and fill in all required fields and save the details once finished.
If you have a Bio and you need to update it, scroll down and click 'I HAVE A BIO.' Log into your account and then click 'Edit' and make sure you select and fill in all of the required fields. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page and your Bio will be updated. You should then be able to buy your tickets. If you're sure that you do have Burner Bio and it's been updated, then it's possible your ID or passport number was entered incorrectly in your Bio. To check this, just log into your profile on theAfrikaBurn website, check the details you have saved in your bio and edit as needed.
Note that you will not be able to purchase General Sale tickets until the next sale starting Wednesday 28 Feb 2018 at 12h00 - Friday 2 March 2018 at 12h00.
