How to buy a STEP ticket you've been offered

I've been offered a STEP ticket; how do I buy it?

If a ticket becomes available for you to buy, we'll notify you via email and include a link you can follow to purchase your ticket.

If you have any trouble getting emails from Quicket or following the link in our email, you can also come back to the page where you signed up for STEP to purchase your tickets. First be sure to log into the Quicket account you used to sign up for STEP. You can also check your Promotions folder or use the search bar in your email account to search for emails from Quicket if you do not see any emails from Quicket in your inbox.

Once back on the STEP intro page, click 'I want to BUY tickets'. If the ticket is still available, you should see a button you can click to make your purchase. You'll also see how long you have to complete your purchase before the ticket is released to someone else.

Depending on the event and how close it is to the event start date, you'll have 24-48 hours to purchase your ticket. Please note that if you do not complete the order in the time frame we give you, you will not be able to purchase the ticket and will need to sign up to STEP again.
