I need more information about an event

Please note that Quicket is only the ticketing provider for the events listed on our website and do not manage which information an organiser chooses to provide on their event page. If you need information beyond what is listed on the event page, please contact the event organiser directly.

Check the event page

The best place to find information about an event is from the event page itself. You can search for all public events listed on our site from our homepage. Just use the search bar provided, or click Browse Events at the top of the Quicket homepage.

Once you've found the event you're looking for, you can find ticket details, the event description, dates and location by navigating through the event page.

Find all of the ticket options under Choose Your Tickets. Click the information icon 'i' for specific information on what this ticket type includes.

Scroll down just a bit to see the event description, date and venue.

If you're unable to find what you need from the information provided on this page, you can contact the event organiser directly. Some organisers may provide a phone number for you to use; if not, contact us and we'll do our best to get you in touch with the organiser.

Check your Quicket account

If you've already purchased tickets for the event, you have a few options to find more information.

Just log into your Quicket account with the email address you used to make the booking, and go to My Tickets. (Having trouble with your password? Click here.)

From there, you can click View tickets. Your ticket will have the event date and location listed, as well as the name on your ticket, the ticket type and price and barcode number.

If you'd like to view the event page again, you can click the name of the event above your order details.
