How to change your ticket details
As long as the event organiser has allowed ticket edits for the event you're attending, you can make changes to your ticket details right from your Quicket account.
Please note this option should not be used if you're giving away your tickets. The most secure way to give tickets to someone else is to transfer the tickets from your Quicket account into the recipient's Quicket account. Click here for help transferring a ticket.
To edit the details of your ticket, start off by logging in to your Quicket account and going to My Tickets.
Find the tickets you'd like to edit, and click Edit details listed by Options.
You should see all of the tickets in your order to edit the information you need, then click Save changes.
After your changes have been made, you can either download all of the tickets in one file by clicking Download Tickets, or you can separate the tickets by clicking Download separate tickets. Downloading the tickets separately is good idea if you have multiple tickets in your order and you're sending the individual tickets to each ticket holder.
