Buy a ticket by EFT or cash deposit

            No card? No bank account? No problem! Buying a ticket without a card is easy on Quicket. We accept EFT payments, cash deposits and wire transfers.

            Please note that this option closes 3 days before the start of an event, as it is not an automatic payment process like paying by card or Instant EFT.

            Choose your tickets

            Under the section Choose Your Tickets on the event page you'll see all of the ticket type options, the sales start or end date of each ticket type, ticket prices and the Quicket service fee. (Note that the Quicket service fee is capped at R10 per transaction.)

            Choose which tickets and how many of each you would like to order from the drop-down menu under QUANTITY.

            Click Order now! and proceed to checkout.

            Review your order

            You are given at least fifteen minutes to fill in your details and complete your order. But don’t worry; if your time runs out, just select your tickets and start again.

            You can click Change Order in your Order Summary if you need to go back to the event page for any reason.



            Buyer information

            You'll need to enter your email address here so we know where to send your tickets. If you've used Quicket before, you can log into your account right from this page. However, you don't have to log in to purchase tickets -- just enter your email address again, and we'll store your tickets in the same account.

            If you've never used Quicket, entering your email address will create an account for you where you can always access your tickets.

            Payment information

            Under Payment Information, you'll want to select EFT / Bank transfer / Cash deposit. After you fill in your ticket details and click Complete order, we'll give you our banking details and the reference number you must use for payment. Your booking will be reserved for at least 1 working day during which time you'll need to make payment and send proof of payment to us.

            Please note that this option closes 3 days before the start of an event, as it is not an automatic payment process like paying by card.



            Ticket details

            Under Ticket details, you'll need to fill out the details for your tickets. Event organisers often require additional information, so if you have any questions about the information that's being requested, it's best to contact the organiser directly. Quicket will never share your information with any outside parties - this stays between you and the event organiser.

            Quick tips: to save time on the checkout page, fill in details for the first ticket and click Copy from above for the remaining tickets. You can always change this information later from your Quicket account. Alternatively, click Fill out later and fill in your details later on from your Quicket account. Note that you will not have access to your tickets until you have filled in the ticket details.




            Provisional booking details

            As soon as you click Complete Order, your tickets will be provisionally booked and reserved for at least the next 24 hours.

            We’ll provide you with our banking details and a unique reference number on the next page, as well as via email. To pay, just make an EFT, cash deposit or wire transfer using these details. Be sure to email us your bank issued proof of payment or cash deposit slip to payments@quicket.co.za as soon as the payment has been made within the given payment period - otherwise, we won't know you've paid and your tickets may be cancelled.

            Our accounts department works hard to get all proofs of payment checked during our working hours which are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please note that it could take up to 1 working day for your booking to be confirmed, so please be patient. As long as you've sent your proof of payment within the given payment period and with the correct payment details to payments@quicket.co.za, we'll confirm your booking.



            Need an invoice for your booking? We'll send one to you via email, but you can also find this in your Quicket account.

            Ticket delivery

            Your tickets will be sent to the email address you entered under Buyer Information, but if you don't see them in your inbox within a day or two of sending your proof of payment to us, please try checking another folder in your email account such as Promotions or use the search bar in your email account to search for emails from Quicket.

            We also created a Quicket account for you during the booking process, so you can always access your tickets from your Quicket account. Just log into Quicket with your email address (click Forgot your password on the Login page if you're unsure of your password) and go to My Tickets. You can download your tickets right from there.
