Apply a discount or access code

How to apply a discount or access code

If you were given an access code or discount code to use to purchase tickets, just start by going to the event page on Quicket where you'll need to apply your code. You can find all publicly listed events by using the search bar on our homepage, or going to our Find Events page.

Please note that if you apply a code to a booking and close your browser while on the checkout page or hit 'back' in your browser before completing your order, the code may expire for 15-30 minutes. You can use your code again after 15-30 minutes have passed.

On the event page, click the TICKETS button and you'll see all of the ticket type options and where you can enter your code.

Click Use a promotion code to enter your code.

Enter your code and click the check mark button.

(Note that codes are not case sensitive)

If you were given a code to receive a discount, you'll see the reduced price appear under the ticket type.

If you were given an access code, the hidden ticket type will now be available to order.

Select your discounted or revealed tickets by clicking the ' + ' button next to the ticket, then click the CHECKOUT button to continue.

Please note that if you apply a code to a booking and then close your browser before completing your purchase or hit 'back' in your browser, your code may expire for 15-30 minutes. You'll be able to use your code again after this time.

If your code does not reveal a discount or hidden ticket type, it could be that the code has already reached its maximum number of uses. If this happens, get in touch with us by sending an email to support@quicket.co.za and we'll look into this for you.
