Use your guest list at the door

Using your guest list at the door for check-in

If you're hosting a smaller event (expecting less than about 80 people to arrive) you can simply use your guest list to check off guests as they arrive.

You'll need to wait until ticket sales have closed to download your guest list, otherwise you risk using a guest list that doesn't have the most recent bookings added.

Start by logging into your Quicket account, and go to Organiser Hub -> My Events then click on the name of your event. Once in your dashboard select Guest Management then Guest List.

You'll see a list of your guests here (up to 100 entries per page). Click Download Report

Select the report type from the drop-down list.

Then select the file format from the drop-down list. You can either download your RSVP list, or download your guest list as a CSV file or Excel file. To proceed, click Download

All the relevant ticket details, including any custom checkout questions you might have created, will be found on the guest list.

Just remember to wait until online sales have ended before you download the guests list in order to have all of your guests listed.
