My bank account closed - how will I be refunded?

The bank account I bought my ticket with is closed -- how will I be refunded?

If you paid by credit, cheque or debit card and only the card you paid with was cancelled or has expired, don't worry! As long as the bank account your card was linked to is still active, your refund will still be successful.

If, however, the bank account that your card was linked to has been closed, then we'll need to issue a manual refund for you. Please get in touch with our Support team on support@quicket.com so we can change the payment method for your refund before it's actioned automatically by our system. If your refund has was already actioned by our system, we'll need to wait until the funds bounce back to our account before issuing your manual refund. Please note it could take up 7 working days for the funds to reappear in our account.
