System requirements for Quicket streaming

Please see below for the minimum system requirements for viewing an event using Quicket streaming.

Windows computers

  1. Operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
  2. Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or Opera. 
    1. Please use the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.
  3. Please note that Internet Explorer on Windows 7 is not supported.
  4. You will need a broadband or fibre internet connection.

Mac computers

  1. Operating systems: Mac OSX 10.12 or later
  2. Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Opera. 
    1. Please use the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.
  3. You will need a broadband or fibre internet connection.

iPhone / iPad

You can stream using the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad with iOS 11.2 or later.

Android devices

You can stream using the Google Chrome browser with Android 6.0 or later.
