How to request staff and equipment for your door
If you need help running the door for your event, Quicket may be able to provide you with scanning equipment and staff. If you need staff for your event, please note that you'll need to submit your request at least 2 weeks before the start of your event.
Start by logging into your Quicket account, and go to Organiser Hub -> My Events then click on the name of your event. From your dashboard menu select
On the Day
then Field Services.
Send an email to fieldservices@quicket.co.za with your request. One of our friendly Field Services team members will contact you to finalise your quote. To gauge our service offering and pricing, select Download Price List.
