How to request staff and equipment for your door

If you need help running the door for your event, Quicket may be able to provide you with scanning equipment and staff. If you need staff for your event, please note that you'll need to submit your request at least 2 weeks before the start of your event.

Start by logging into your Quicket account, and go to Organiser Hub -> Manage Events then click on the name of your event. From your dashboard menu select On the Day then Request Field Services .



Enter your name, a phone number we can reach you on, and the number of attendees you're expecting. This will help us determine the best way we can help with your door. 

Depending on the numbers you're expecting, we may suggest that you simply download our
  mobile scanning app  to check in guests. If you need staff and equipment, our Field Services Manager will get in touch within 1 working day to discuss pricing and send through a quote.
