I tried to buy my STEP ticket, but it says my code has already been used
If you selected tickets and went through to the purchase page but then closed the page, hit back in your browser or had a failed purchase attempt, you'll see the message 'Promotion code has already been used' if you attempt to book your tickets again too soon after the failed attempt. Quicket has marked your code or ticket link as invalid to ensure that the code cannot be used again while you are going through the checkout process. Your code, however, will become valid again shortly.
The amount of time your code is marked invalid depends upon the purchase time limit set on the event. For example, if the event has a purchase time limit of 15 minutes, your code will become valid again 15 minutes after you originally began the purchase process. Please note most events will have a purchase time limit of 15 minutes, but may be higher if the event organiser has increased the limit.
As long as the order was not completed or successful, your code will become valid again. Please be patient and wait for the purchase time limit to expire; you will be able to use your ticket link or code again after that time.
