I need to know the venue of an event
The best way to get any information about an event is from the event page on Quicket. You can search for all publicly listed events on our homepage here.
If you're unable to find the event by searching for it, it's possible the event is not live yet or is listed as a Private event. If the event is Private, you will not be able to search for the event on our website and will need to contact the event organiser directly for a link to their event page.
Once you've found the event you're looking for, you'll find the venue of the event under the tab titled 'Directions' located under the event banner image.
Some events may provide a map of where the venue is. You can also click Get Directions if you need directions to the venue.
If you need additional information about the event that's not listed on the event page, you can select the organiser's name or website, listed under the event title.
When the organiser's name is selected, you'll be directed to a page that displays all of their upcoming events, listed on Quicket, and their contact info.
Some organisers may provide a phone number for you to contact them. If not, email us on support@quicket.co.za and we'll do our best to get you in touch with the event organiser. Please note that Quicket is only the ticketing provider for the events listed on our website, and we do not manage which information an organiser chooses to provide on their event page.
