I need more information about an event
Please note that Quicket is only the ticketing provider for the events listed on our website. We do not manage which information an organiser chooses to provide on their event page. If you need information beyond what is listed on the event page, please contact the event organiser directly.
Check the event page
The best place to find information about an event is from the event page itself. You can search for all public events listed on our site from our homepage. Just use the search bar provided, or click Find Events at the top of the Quicket homepage. Alternatively, click Browse Events.
Once you've found the event you're looking for, you can find the ticket details, event description, dates and location on the:
1. Event preview tile - here you can find a summary of the event which includes the location, dates and times.
2. The event page - Navigate to the various event tabs to find out what the event is about, the location, ticket prices etc.
If you're unable to find what you need from the information provided on this page, you can contact the event organiser directly. Some organisers may provide a phone number for you to use. If not, contact us and we'll do our best to get you in touch with the organiser.
Check your Quicket account
If you've already purchased tickets for the event, you have a few options to find more information. Login to your Quicket account with the email address you used to make the booking. Click here if you're having trouble with your password. Then click My Tickets.
All your Quicket event tickets can be found on this page. Every ticket will have the event date and location listed, as well as the name on your ticket, the ticket type and price and reference number.
You can also click Manage Booking to view the event details.
