I can't find my tickets

How to find your lost or missing Quicket tickets

To find your missing Quicket tickets, first search your email inbox (including spam and promotions) for an email from Quicket. Alternatively, log in to your Quicket account using the email address provided at checkout, navigate to My Tickets, and select Download Tickets to save your barcodes.

How to find your tickets in your email account

Quicket will send you an email containing your tickets. The ticket barcodes will appear in the body of the email, as well as a PDF document attached to the email. Your tickets will be sent to the email address that you provided under the Buyer Information section on the checkout page. To find your tickets in your email, you can:

Search your mailbox
Open your email inbox and search for "Quicket" in the search bar. The Quicket email should then be listed in the results.

Check your mailbox tabs
If the Quicket email containing your tickets has not landed in your main mailbox, it may have been directed to another tab. Check your Spam, Promotions or Purchases folders if the email is not in your main inbox.

Here's where the Promotions or Purchases tabs may be on your mobile email app:

Contact support
If you haven’t received your email after a few minutes and suspect it could be a firewall issue, get in touch with us and we can help you access your Quicket account and track down your tickets.

If you suspect you may have entered the incorrect email address at checkout or can't remember what email address you used, send us an email on support@quicket.co.za and our Support Team can investigate for you.

How to download tickets from your Quicket account

Your tickets can be managed from your Quicket account. To download your tickets, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Login to your Quicket account
A Quicket account is automatically created for you the first time you order tickets on Quicket, so you can always access your tickets from your account.

Go to the Quicket login page here, enter your email address (the one you entered under Buyer Information on the check out page) and your password. If you're unsure of your password just click Forgot your password, and we'll send you a reset link (see this article for more help resetting your password).

Step 2: Go to My Tickets
From the account management page, you can view your tickets by clicking My Tickets from the menu.

Step 3: Download your tickets
If your tickets have already been confirmed, they will be available under My Tickets. A list of all your ticket purchases will display. Find the tickets you are looking for in your account then click on the event or select Manage Booking.

The booking details will then display. Navigate to the bottom of the screen and click Download Tickets.

Info
If you have multiple tickets in your purchase, you can download the tickets separately to email to the other guests in your group.
Idea
You can download your tickets to print, or if you have a smart phone, you can show the tickets on your phone on arrival.
