How to update my event statement and tax invoice details

There are a couple places where you can update your details that are displayed on your event statement and tax invoice.

If you've already created your event, start by logging into your Quicket account, and go to Organiser Hub -> My Events then click on the name of your event.

From the dashboard menu, select Manage Event then Organiser Profile.

On this page you should see the Organiser Profile associated with this event. The VAT number you enter here will appear on your tax invoice. Be sure to click Save Organiser Profile at the bottom of the page when you're finished.

You can also update these details from your Quicket account by going to the Org Profile menu option then select your Organiser Profile.

Scroll down just a bit on the page that follows. You can edit your VAT number, company name and address, if you need these details to appear on your tax invoice.

Be sure to click Save Changes once finished, and your profile and tax invoice details will be updated.
