How to update my event statement and tax invoice details

How to update my event statement and tax invoice details

There are a couple places where you can update your details that are displayed on your event statement and tax invoice.

If you've already created your event, start by logging into your Quicket account, and go to Organiser Hub -> Manage Events then click on the name of your event.

From the dashboard menu, select Event Page then Profile.

On this page you should see a dropdown with your selected Organiser Profile listed. Click 'Show profile details' and more options will appear for you to update. The VAT number you enter here will appear on your tax invoice. Be sure to click 'Save organiser profile' at the bottom of the page when you're finished.

You can also update these details from your Quicket account by going to My Events then clicking Organiser Profiles under the My Events menu option. Then click 'Edit profile' next to the profile you need to update.

After clicking Edit profile, scroll down just a bit on the page that follows and under Contact Details you can edit your VAT number, company name and address, if you need these details to appear on your tax invoice.

Be sure to click 'Save Changes' once finished, and your profile and tax invoice details will be updated.
