How to transfer attendees to a different schedule in an event series

If you have an event series, there may come a time when you need to transfer the attendees from one schedule in the series to another. No problem! Simply follow the instructions below to find out how.

Get started by logging into your Quicket account, and go to Organiser Hub > My Events. Click on the name of your event. Then from your dashboard menu, go to Guest Management -> Transfer Schedules.


Select the schedule that you want to move attendees from, select the schedule that you want to move the attendees to, and then provide a reason that you making the transfer. The reason will be shown to attendees in the confirmation email we send that lets them know their schedule has been changed.


Please note the following:
  1. You are not able to create new schedules or hide schedules while transferring attendees. If you need to create a new schedule or a hide a schedule from your event page, navigate to Event Page -> Event Details in your dashboard menu.
  2. All attendees in a schedule must be transferred. You are not able to select specific attendees to move to a new date.
  3. All attendees will be transferred to the new date regardless of the ticket capacity set for each schedule. 
  4. For seated events, you are only able to transfer attendees to a schedule that has 0 tickets booked. If you need to create a new schedule, please do so by going to Event Page -> Event Details in your dashboard.
  5. If none of your schedules have attendees yet, please simply hide your schedules and create new ones by going to Event Page -> Event Details in your dashboard.
