I've created my event - how long until it goes live?
After you finish the event creation form, you'll be taken to your event dashboard where you can continue editing and adding details for your event. Once you're happy with all the details and settings you have set up, head to your dashboard homepage and click Submit for Approval.
Our Organiser Success team checks and reviews every event that's submitted for approval within 1 working day, but typically much sooner than that. You'll get an email from us when your event has been approved with links to your event page so that you can start sharing and selling tickets. If we find any issues with your event, we'll send you an email letting you know what might need changing before the event goes live.
Note that even after you click 'Submit for approval', and after your event is activated & live, you'll still be able to add or edit any details that you need to from your event dashboard.
If you've organised multiple events with Quicket, your events may be set on auto-approve. If that's the case, clicking 'Go Live' in your event dashboard will make your event live immediately. You can still add or edit any details you need to from your event dashboard after going live.
Please don't hesitate to email us
support@quicket.co.za if you have any questions about making your event live.
