How to add tickets to your Google Wallet
To add your Quicket tickets to Google Wallet, find the Add to Google Wallet icon on your confirmation page, email, or under the My Tickets section of your Quicket account. Clicking the Add to Google Wallet button saves your digital event ticket to your phone so you can access it offline and enter the event quickly.
What is Google Wallet?
Google Wallet is like a digital folder on your phone that stores items like event tickets, bus passes, and loyalty cards. It is much more convenient to use than a printed or virtually stored ticket on your mailbox, because it stays on your phone.
You won't have to search through your emails at the door to find your ticket or print the ticket before hand. Instead, you can save your Quicket tickets to your Google Wallet and head straight to the event.
How to add your tickets to Google Wallet
There are three easy ways to save your tickets from the Quicket website or mobile to your Google Wallet:
Right after you buy your tickets, the order success page will display. Then click the Add to Google Wallet icon.
Open the email sent by Quicket containing your event tickets. Then click the Add to Google Wallet icon.
Go to the Quicket homepage and log in to your account. Then click on the My Tickets tile. The ticket details will display. Look for the Add to Mobile Wallet heading and click Add to Google Wallet icon.
How to add specific tickets or seats to your Google Wallet
If you bought tickets for a group or have multiple seats for a show, you can either add all your purchased tickets to your Google Wallet at once, or you can choose to add specific tickets to your Wallet (for example, only seats assigned to you). Here is how you'd do that:
To add everything at once, simply click the Add to Google Wallet icon. All your tickets will then save to your device.
Note: If you are using your phone to access the website, the steps are the same. Find your tickets, slide the toggle and to pick the individual tickets then add to your Wallet or just click the Add to Google Wallet to save the whole batch.
What happens if event or ticket details change?
If the following details change on the event or ticket, it will automatically update passes that have already been added to the wallet.
Event:
- Name
- Date (if it's a scheduled event then the specific schedule of the ticket)
- Banner image
- Theme colour
- Venue
- If the event is cancelled the pass is set to inactive
Pass/Ticket
- Ticket type
- Ticket holder name
- Validity, if the ticket is cancelled or in resale the pass is set to inactive
- Price
- Seat
Troubleshooting
Ensure that you're logged in to the same account you used to buy the tickets.
Check that your Google Wallet app is updated in the Play Store.
This means that it is "Off". Slide the toggle to active it. The colour will then change to green.
Ensure that you have selected the correct event and order number. This number should be the same the virtual tickets you received by mail. It usually starts with 'REF'.
